The BODiWORKS Institute consists of a series
of progressive programs and health services. These benefit a wide variety of people including those with health challenges
to those with a keen interest in personal success.
Our Institute employs special needs instructors,
kinesiologists, and various therapists.
The BODiWORKS Institute in Mississauga began its work in
1995 and has seen over 7000 people over several programs. We provide the programs and services in a beautiful, bright, private facility (with free parking!).
These programs incorporate the caring and professionalism that clients have come to expect since its inception.
